Blue Ion Bulbs

First of all, you need to know that these are illegal for use in most states. Personally, I could care less. I have them on my car and have never had any problems here in KS. If you get a ticket for having these, it's probably because you were doing something a little more serious like speeding, wreckless driving, etc. and the cop just decided to nail you for everything he/she can. The bulbs you need are 9007's which are 65/55W H/L. 9004's will NOT work, even though they look identical. Someone once told me that the two are interchangeable, which is incorrect. At first I bought the 9004's because I couldn't find any 9007's, but they don't fit correctly. You can find these almost anywhere that sells automotive parts, but I will warn you that you get what you pay for. You can spend anywhere from $10-$75. PIAA sells some 'super white' bulbs which simulate H.I.D. lamps. You can get these for around $75, or you can go a little bit cheaper and find bulbs for $15-$25 a pair. I won't bother explaining hhow to install these because it shows how inside your owners manual.
